How It Works

File a Grievance

Visit the grievance page, select the facility and concern category (cleanliness, waste disposal, infection control, etc.), describe the issue, and submit. No app installation required.

Step 2

Receive a Tracking Number

After submission, you receive a unique tracking number. Use it anytime on the Track Grievance page to check the current status of your complaint.

Step 3

Resolution & Accountability

Your grievance is routed to the responsible facility or authority. They acknowledge, investigate, and work toward resolution. Status updates are reflected on the tracking page.
